Personal data collected on this website is processed by Louise Cesaire, sole trader trading as “My Immo Market”, 1 rue du Camp, 63760 Bourg-Lastic, France, who can be contacted at contact@myimmomarket.com.

2. Data collected

• When you book: surname, first name, e-mail, phone, booking dates and details, any message.
• When you contact us: name, e-mail, phone (optional), message.
• Payment data: card payments are processed directly by our payment provider SumUp; your card details are never stored by My Immo Market.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Managing bookings and customer relations (performance of a contract).
• Answering your enquiries (pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest).
• Complying with our legal and accounting obligations (legal obligation).

4. Recipients

Your data is intended for My Immo Market and, where applicable, strictly necessary partners: property owners, payment provider (SumUp), website host (Hostinger). It is never sold.

5. Transfers outside the European Union

Our host and our payment provider are established in the European Union. The website loads its fonts from the Google Fonts service (Google): your IP address is then sent to Google, which may process it outside the European Union.

6. Retention period

• Enquiries not followed up: 3 years from the last exchange.
• Bookings and contracts: duration of the relationship, then 5 years (limitation period) and 10 years for accounting records.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@myimmomarket.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

8. Cookies

The website only uses cookies that are necessary for it to work (booking, payment, security). No audience-measurement or advertising cookies are set.
