Terms of sale

1. Purpose

These general terms of sale govern the services offered on the My Immo Market website by Louise Cesaire, sole trader (entrepreneur individuel – EI, France) trading as “My Immo Market”, SIRET 924 426 778 00016, 1 rue du Camp, 63760 Bourg-Lastic, France (hereinafter “My Immo Market”): online booking of nightly stays and monthly rentals of furnished accommodation in France, Germany and Spain.

2. Acceptance

Any booking implies full acceptance of these terms of sale and of the booking and cancellation terms, which the customer acknowledges having read before confirming the booking.

3. Information about the accommodation

The accommodation is described as accurately as possible (photos, floor area, number of rooms, equipment). Photographs are not contractual. An obvious clerical error cannot bind My Immo Market.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in euros. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.

• Nightly stays: the total price includes the nights, any cleaning fee and the tourist tax, itemised before payment. Where a weekly rate is shown, it applies automatically to each block of 7 nights when it is cheaper.
• Monthly rentals: the rent is shown including charges.

5. Booking and payment

Bookings are made online and confirmed by e-mail with a booking reference.

• Nightly stay: the full price of the stay is paid at the time of booking.
• Monthly rental: the first month’s rent and the security deposit are paid at the time of booking.

Payment is made by bank transfer (instant or standard, as the customer prefers) or by bank card through our secure payment provider SumUp. My Immo Market never has access to your card details.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services provided on a specific date. The applicable cancellation conditions are those set out in our booking and cancellation terms.

7. Customer obligations

The customer undertakes to provide accurate information, to respect the stated number of guests and the house rules, and to leave the accommodation in the condition in which it was found.

8. Liability

My Immo Market has an obligation of means. It cannot be held liable in the event of force majeure, the act of a third party or the customer’s fault.

9. Complaints and mediation

Complaints may be sent to contact@myimmomarket.com. If no amicable solution is found, the customer may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator: MEDICYS, 73 boulevard de Clichy, 75009 Paris, France – www.medicys.fr.

10. Applicable law

These terms of sale are governed by French law, subject to the mandatory rules of the country where the accommodation is located. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts are determined under the ordinary rules, subject to consumer-protection provisions.
