How do I reserve a house to buy?
Choose the house, enter your details and pay a deposit of 10% of the price online. The house is taken off the market for 30 days while the preliminary contract is signed; the deposit is then deducted from the price.
What do I pay to rent an apartment by the month?
When you book, you pay the first month’s rent and the security deposit. The following rents are paid monthly; the deposit is returned at the end of the rental.
How does a nightly stay work?
Choose your check-in and check-out dates and the number of guests: the total price (nights, cleaning and tourist tax) is shown before payment. You receive the confirmation and arrival information by email.
I’m moving to another country: can I book remotely?
Yes, that is exactly what the website is for. Our properties in France, Germany and Spain are booked and paid for online before you arrive. Our local team hands you the keys on the agreed date.
